    أحكام الزكاة

    في الرقاب: وهم العبيد والإماء المكاتبون أي الذين اتفقوا مع من يملكونهم على أن يتم تحريرهم نظير مبلغ معين فتجوز الزكاة لهم حتى يصبحوا أحراراً.
    الغارمين: والغارم هو الذي تراكمت عليه الديون فيأخذ من الزكاة مايفي دينه.
